Rava Idli (Quick Recipe)
Ingredients: 2 cups Idli Rava, 1 cup curd (yogurt), 1/2 cup water (adjust), 1 tsp eno or 1/2 tsp baking soda, salt to taste. Optional: chopped coriander, grated carrot, mustard seeds for tempering.
- Mix idli rava and curd; add water to get a thick batter. Rest 10 minutes.
- Add salt and eno/baking soda just before steaming; fold gently.
- Pour into greased idli molds and steam 10-12 minutes.
- Cool 2 minutes, unmold and serve hot with sambar & chutney.
